Shipping Domestic

All items are shipped UPS Ground. If you need expedited shipping, please message me and we’ll set up the proper method for you.

When you purchase anything from d irtpixie.com, you agree to hold us harmless of any loss, damage or injury due to any products you purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased. All items offered on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.

We conduct all returns through PayPal, so you must create a free PayPal account here in order to receive returns.

Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the UPS online, depending on location.
Handling costs range from $5-$15 per item and help cover packing material.
All packages are shipping through UPS.
International shipments will involve direct contact with the customer.
We reserve the right to adjust the final cost of shipping and handling based on extra costs incurred.

All sales are final. In the unfortunate case that you order should arrive damaged, please notify me within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

Orders ship in 2-3 business days after the transaction date via UPS ground. If you require expedited shipping, please email me to coordinate.

Returns

We offer returns for damaged goods only. In the unfortunate case that you order should arrive damaged, please notify me within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
